This web site was created to publish the genealogical research completed to date on the descendants of Rev. William Worcester who came to America between 1638 and 1640. This site is "under construction" and will undoubtedly (and hopefully) be under construction for years to come with the addition of new information about individual family members.

We all have an obligation to future generations to record our history as once this knowledge is forgotten, it will be lost forever. Please use this opportunity to share your knowledge of your immediate family members with future generations of Worcesters.

Searching for a family member? There are a few methods you can use to find a family member who is listed:

• Click on the Search icon or click here to use the website's search engine. Not a very good method if the name if fairly common. May work well for an unusual name such as an unique maiden name.

• Use Google.com to search a unique name.

• Click on the Generations icon or click here to load an index that lists all Worcesters, Wooster, and Worsters by their first name. The listing will provide the generation and number of the persons listed in the index. Once you know the person's generation, you can load individual generation pages.

• Load generation pages and then use the "Find" function of your browser to find a particular name or word within the page.

• Don't forget to check the "Unlinked" page for names of Worcesters that are not yet linked to the Worcester genealogy.
